These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YosiBuy Technologies Private Limited (“YosiBuy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of yosibuy.in and our associated mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or access the platform under parental/guardian supervision) to place orders or make bookings.
• Phone & OTP Authentication: Accounts are registered and accessed using secure One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your mobile phone number.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and mobile device. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@yosibuy.in.
• Never Share OTP: YosiBuy representatives will never ask you for your login OTP or payment PIN.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful or misleading reviews, attempt unauthorized access, or harass delivery personnel and support agents.

• Pricing & Taxes: All product and service prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
• Delivery & Courier Charges (Payable by Customer): Customers are responsible for paying applicable delivery and courier shipping charges.

  Local Doorstep Delivery: Calculated based on order distance, merchant location, and delivery pincode for groceries, food, and fresh items.

  Outstation Courier Shipping: Calculated based on parcel weight, package dimensions, and delivery location for Kolli spices, mountain honey, fashion, and dry goods dispatched via courier partners.

  All delivery and courier fees are clearly itemized on the checkout screen before final payment confirmation.

• Secure Payments: Online transactions are handled through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (UPI, Cards, Net Banking). YosiBuy does not store your card details or banking PINs.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for select commerce categories and delivery pincodes subject to verification.
• Order Confirmation: An order or booking is confirmed once payment is authorized or COD order is accepted by the merchant/host.

• Commerce Orders (1 to 3 Days Refund): Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. If cancelled after merchant confirmation, an applicable nominal cancellation fee may be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded within 1 to 3 days. Consumable groceries, food, meat & fish, and Kolli spices are Refund Only (no replacement).
• Services & Bookings (3 to 7 Days Refund): Homestay, vehicle rental, and trekking cancellation refunds are processed within 3 to 7 days depending on the cancellation notice period.
• Refund Modes: Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source (UPI: 24–48 hours, Cards/Bank: 3–7 business days).

YosiBuy is merely acting as an intermediary marketplace platform between you and the independent Sellers/Vendors, Delivery Partners, Homestay & Tour Hosts, Vehicle Rental Providers, or Property Listers, as the case may be.

The direct contract for the sale of goods, preparation of food, accommodation stay, vehicle rental, or property inquiry is between you and the respective independent third-party merchant or service provider.

While YosiBuy facilitates smooth bookings, payments, and customer support, YosiBuy does not manufacture products, operate homestays, or own listed properties, and shall not be liable for the independent performance or service quality of third-party partners.

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, software code, UI designs, and content on yosibuy.in are the proprietary intellectual property of YosiBuy Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, modification, or scraping is strictly prohibited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
